We are currently shipping to customers all around the world and we offer free shipping worldwide!

If you haven’t received a confirmation email after your purchase, please follow these steps. 

1. Check your spam folder. Sometimes emails go there. 
2. Confirmation emails are usually instant. But sometimes there are delays. Please wait at least 20-30 minutes to receive it. 
3. If you still can’t find the confirmation email, please email us so that we can help. 

On the checkout page, you have the option to Rush Your Order. By choosing this option, your order will gain priority over other orders. We receive hundreds of orders daily, so gaining priority will help you get your order faster. Shipping may still take up 2 weeks to arrive but usually much sooner by choosing this option.

Important note: this option does not guarantee that you will receive your order in less than 2 weeks. Due to COVID circumstances, there are possibilities of delay. Thank you for understanding.

All of our products are designed in California, USA. Depending on where you live and depending if there are no external delays, orders typically take up to 15 business days to arrive, often times sooner.

Important note: there is a possibility that deliveries experience delays due to COVID related reasons. Unfortunately, this is out of our control but we will do our best to get your orders delivered as quickly as possible. Our policy is that the maximum delivery time is up to 45 working days. Our items are unique and worth the wait!

At Duhka, we truly care about our customer satisfaction. In the rare event that you may have received a defective product, please reach out to us via email with photos so that we can further assist you. We reserve the right to refund at our own discretion. All refunds are issued as a store credit. While we cannot cancel or change an order once it has been placed, you are welcome to contact our customer service: so that we can accommodate you the best way we can. 

If your order gets lost, we truly apologize for the inconvenience. If your order shows delivered but you cannot find it, please send us an email so that we can assist you as best as we can.
